Suitable commercial cleaning preparations for bathroom grout include general purpose bathroom cleaners and cleaners marketed specifically for bathroom grout. If you want to use a cheaper and environmentally friendly bathroom grout cleaner, use white vinegar, 3 percent hydrogen peroxide or baking soda.

Apply grout cleaner to bathroom grout. If the grout is stained, leave the cleaner on the grout for two to five minutes before scrubbing.
