      Find a Fidelity stockbroker through instant message on your computer. On the Fidelity website, click on "Instant message." A screen will pop up with a representative who will connect you to a Fidelity stock broker.

      Locate a broker at a physical address by tracking down an office from the Fidelity website (see Resources). Enter in either your zip code or address, then press "Continue."
