Things You'll Need:

Step 1
Decide how long you want to fast for. A juice fast can last between 1 and 6 days. I usually go 5 days once every few months.

For a few days leading up to your fast, try to eat lighter than usual, and add more fruit and veggies, so your fast won't be such a shock to your system.

Stock up on juice! You can either make your own in a blender or food processor, or buy nice, thick juices at a store. I like Bolthouse brand smoothies, which cost about 4 dollars, and have about 500 calories in each. If you make your own juice, I suggest using thick fruits like bananas, and mixing them with frozen fruit like berries, from your grocery freezer section. It's delicious!

Drink as much juice as you feel you want! Always drink some right when you get up to avoid feeling light-headed. Drink at frequent intervals, to avoid huger pangs.

Continue the process until your chosen number of days is over! Be sure to listen to your body, and stop the fast if you feel sick, or unsure. And always consult a doctor if you're feeling unwell.
