  • Anti-bacterial soap
  • 2 aspirin
  • Citric acid
  • Baking soda
  • Peppermint or wintergreen essential oil
  • Towel
  • Cornstarch
  • Talcum powder

      Anti-bacterial soap

      Soap up and thoroughly wash your feet with a quality anti-bacterial soap. Scrub between each of your toes and the entire foot area of both feet, including just above your ankles.

      Dissolve two aspirin tablets, one teaspoon of citric acid (found at health food stores) and two tablespoons of baking soda into a basin filled with a gallon of warm water. Stir making sure all of the ingredients are completely dissolved.

      Add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint or wintergreen essential oil to the water. Swirl with a spoon or using a hand.

      Place your feet into the basin and allow your feet to soak in the warm water for approximately 15 minutes.

      Rinse and dry your feet completely, then powder them lightly with cornstarch or talcum powder. Repeat this process at least twice a week.
