Be sure to use a gentle shampoo that is free from SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which is a foaming agent that is responsible for many different skin conditions such as eczema.

In between shampoos you can apply an equal mix of apple cider vinegar, and water to your scalp using a cotton ball.
