This is a safe detox that will work wonders for your body.. there is no need to buy expensive ingredients.. this will work.. trust me!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vitamin C
  1. Step 1

Please note: I am not a doctor. This is a cleanse that works for me and was given to me by a naturopathic doctor.

This detox is called an ASCORBIC ACID cleanse. ASCORBIC ACID is also known as plain old Vitamin C. On the bottle, in the ingredients, it will say VITAMIN C (as ascorbic acid).

The difference between detox and cleanse are ambigious. They are similar; cleansing the body of impurities.

The first thing; make sure you have a bottle of Vitamin C 1000 MG pills

  2. Step 2

You want to do this cleanse on a day that you will be around the house. You want to be near a bathroom. Don't worry; read on.

  3. Step 3

You want to take 1000 mg of Vit. C. (1 pill) every half an hour until you have a bowel movement. In essence, you are overloading on Vitamin C. This is okay because Vitamin C is water soluble; it will dissolve in your system when it is no longer needed.

  4. Step 4

Your bowel movement will be brief, but it will be strong. This is because your body is getting rid of all the crap (pun intended) inside your body. The ascorbic acid will scrub the lining of the small intestine, getting rid of all the junk that is accumulating on the walls.

  5. Step 5

Once you have your bowel movement, you can stop taking all the Vit. C. What you DO want to do for the next couple of days is take more Vit.C to keep your antibodies up.

  6. Step 6

Please research this yourself before you try it. You will love it!!!
