How to Troubleshoot a Charter Cable & Modem

    1. Picture and Sound Problems on Your Cable

        Check the connections for tightness if you are experiencing tiling problems. Make sure the cables runs to DCT first and not to any device.

        Check the cables and make sure they are connected correctly and tightly if you are experiencing snowy images. Press the cable mode on your remote, make sure the TV is not set to VCR or DVD mode.
