Step 1
Speak to King Narnode Shareen at the Tree Gnome Stronghold. You can find him in the Grand Tree area of the map. Tell him you will help him, and he will hand you the Gnome Royal Seal.

Step 2
Ride the glider to Karamja, and enter the shipyard with the Gnome Royal Seal in your inventory. Talk to G.L.O Caranock, then fly back to speak to the king. After that, go to Burberry's bar and speak to Daero, and complete his task by speaking to Waydar. Then operate the Reinitialization Panel just south of Daero.

Step 3
Solve Daero's puzzle to start his gliders, and head to Ape Atoll. After you arrive, cast Protect From Missiles Prayer, as you will be immediately knocked unconscious with arrows. You will awaken in a jail cell, from which you must escape. Once you have done so, find Zooknock, who will ask you to collect three items.

Step 4
Collect the M'amulet Mould, the Magical Monkey Dentures and the a Gold Bar. The Mould is at the northwest crate beyond the secret entrance at the Depot; the Dentures are found on a crate upstairs. The Gold Bar can be forged with skill level 40 Smithing. Return these items to Zooknock who will give you back the M'amulet Mould and an Enchanted Gold Bar.

Step 5
Go to the Temple at Ape Atoll, and go through the trap door downstairs. Use the Gold Bar on the Fire Walls located near the entrance. This will automatically combine with the M'amulet Mould to create the first part of the M'speak Amulet.

Step 6
Combine the M'speak Amulet with the Ball of Wool. Wear the completed amulet to start talking to monkeys in Runescape.
