This way you can see what your family members have been looking at on the Internet or what your employees have been doing during their work day without them knowing about it.

How to Make a Keylogger Undetectable

1. Download and install a program like Actual Key Logger and install it. You can find it at www.ActualKeylogger, and it is available as a free trial. The limit is that you can only record 40 minutes of data. For the full version it costs $59.95 for a one user license as of 2009. This is one of the more popular key loggers, and it has a feature that allows you to use it remotely by automatically sending you emails of the logs.

2. Configure the program once you've installed it. To do this, launch the program from the "Start" menu. Once the program, starts click on "Setting and General." If you want the key logger to start up automatically when the computer starts, click on "Start at the System Loading" check box. You will also have the option of setting a password. To do this click on "Enable Password" and "Set Password." You will need to use this password whenever you want to access the programs logs or to change settings, but not for it to record key strokes. If you want the program to send you reports automatically via email click on "Report Sending" and "Send Reports via Email" and then type in an email address.

3. Make the key logger undetectable by clicking on the "Hide" button on the top tool bar. It has an eye icon next to it. This will keep it from showing up in the active programs list in the right hand corner of your screen. To make the program visible you will need to hit the "Ctrl+Shift+ALT+F8" buttons together.

4. Remove any evidence of the program by going to the "Hiding" section and clicking on "Remove the program from the Start Menu," "Hide Program Folder," and "Remove from Add or Remove Programs." If you remove it from the "Start" menu, you will need to go to the "Start" menu, then go to "Run" and type in "actualspystart."
