Make them try atleast one bite. After one bite if they don't like it, don't force them. The trick is to get ONE BITE down. Kids are surprised at how many vegetables they will like after they just get that one bite down. Tell them, "Okay, just ONE bite and I will leave you alone." It may take a few days before they start taking more than one bite, but if they don't mind the taste, they will start eating their veggies, especially if promised a tasty treat at the end such as a packet of healthy fruit snacks or a banana.
