A great party dip to eat with corn chips. This is a great dip if you like spinach and cheese. This recipe is for a thicker dip.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 16 oz package frozen chopped spinach
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 4-6 oz artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz shredded parmesean cheese
  • garlic powder
  • large saucepan
  • medium saucepan
  1. Step 1

Boil frozen spinach in large saucepan until throughly cooked. After cooked, drain until no water is left in pan. Gently squeeze spinach to remove excess water if necessary.

  2. Step 2

In medium saucepan, soften cream cheese. Stir continueously to prevent scorching. When cream cheese is softened, slowly add shredded parmesean cheese into cream cheese, keep stirring. Mixture will get very thick.

  3. Step 3

After parmesean is completely melted into cream cheese, stir in artichoke hearts and add garlic powder to taste. You may also add in a seasoning salt or season-all if you would like it alittle saltier.

  4. Step 4

Add cooked, drained spinach to cheese mixture. Stir to evenly distribute spinach through out mixture.

  5. Step 5

Empty dip in serving dish or storage container. Dip is best served warm, but refridgerate if you won't be serving the dip soon. Dip can be rewarmed whenever needed.
