  • Artist Brush 0
  • Water

    Remove the cap of the cream eye liner from the makeup. Get a small amount of water and place it in the cap.

    Stick the makeup brush (size 0) in the cap of water. The brush should be fairly wet but not dripping wet.

  3. Step 3

    You’re going to treat the cream eyeliner makeup like it is paint. Dab the brush in the cream eyeliner until you get the right consistency to put it on your eyelid.

  4. Step 4

    Apply a small amount of cream eyeliner just above the lashes on the upper eyelid and just below the lashes on the lower eyelid. Spread evenly for a fine eyeliner appearance to top off your facial makeup.
