Instructions

    • 1

Paint small, solid orange circles onto your cloth napkin using a thin paintbrush and orange fabric paint. Allow the circles to dry.

    • 2

Rinse the brush and use black paint to create jack-o'-lantern faces and pumpkin stems on the orange circles. Allow the faces to dry.

    • 3

Place the cloth napkin with the jack-o'-lantern designs in the bottom of the basket. Sprinkle candy corn on top of the napkin.

    • 4

Arrange the items in the basket in an organized fashion. Keep the larger items at the back and the smaller items toward the front.

    • 5

Place artificial leaves around the gifts. Sprinkle more candy corn around the gifts.

    • 6

Place Styrofoam balls under the tissues and secure them with bread ties. Bring the bread ties upward and mold them into a "hook" (see photo).

    • 7

Paint ghost faces on the ghost "heads" using your fabric paint and thin paintbrush. Allow the paint to dry.

    • 8

Wrap the bread tie "hooks" around the handle of the basket. Secure them by twisting around the basket.

    • 9

Place mini pumpkins in the basket. Arrange them around the gifts.

    • 10

Set the basket on top of the cellophane in the center. Pull the cellophane up around the basket.

    • 11

Secure the cellophane at the top of the basket using ribbon. Tie the ribbon into a knot.

    • 12

Place the bow on the knot in the ribbon.
