Thaw tilapia fillets. Marinade fillets in Mojo Criollo marinade for about 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2

  3. Step 3

Make Pico De Gallo by chopping tomatoes, onions & cilantro (you can also add peppers for spice) and mix together in a bowl. Add the juice from about 3 large limes or until most of the chopped veggies are soaking in juice and add salt to balance the flavor. Mix well. Set aside.

Heat frying pan on stove top at medium heat with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Take tilapia out of marinade and rub mustard on both sides of the fillets. Put fillets into pan and cook evenly on both sides until fish is cooked thoroughly and flaky.

  5. Step 5

Serve mustard tilapia with a cup of hot rice and a side of pico de gallo. Mixed together, all the flavors make a tangy and tasty meal. Enjoy!
