eBay Selling

There are many different dynamics to selling on eBay. The title of your eBay listing is just as important as the rest of the eBay auction listing. Choosing the right catchy title customers will search for will get your eBay item sold faster and for a higher price.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • eBay account
  1. Step 1

The title field on your eBay auction listing can contain up to fifty five characters in length. Be sure to use all of them. Just using one word for the eBay item listing will only hurt you and may limit you when the customer using the search function for a different keyword and your eBay listing doesn't come up.

  2. Step 2

When using all fifty five characters in the title field be sure to include the name of your item but also include any keywords you can think of that will describe your item. When your customer search using a keyword you want your item to come up in the listings. Just be sure to use keywords that are relevant to your item.

  3. Step 3

It never hurts to use catchy sales gimmicks. Phrases such as "Great Deal", "Reduce Priced", "Limited Offer". This will give the impression that your item is only available right now. The customer will not want to miss the opportunity of not getting your eBay item and will hopefully place a bid. Maybe even keep bidding higher and higher. Remember that practice makes perfect. Always take note of title that have worked well for different items before.
