Step 1
Always say what you mean. This is the most important attribute if any relationship. If you say you are going to the store, go there. If you say you like that dress in her, mean it.
-
Step 2
Do not lie. It may sound easy to do but it doesn't always stay in a relationship. It can be hard to look a best friend in the eye and tell them the truth, especially if the truth can hurt them.
-
Step 3
Learn to give more information. Sometimes when we talk to people we are vague by only giving on 3 word explanations. Always give more information the the other person.
Example of losing trust: "How was your day today?" "It was good."
Example of gaining trust: "How was your day today?" "It was good. I knocked into this girl and help her by picking up her stuff. She was really nice so I asked for her number. I think I will call her tomorrow for lunch."
Big difference. -
Step 4
Don't leave out important information when telling a story.
-
Step 5
Don't try to change the truth. This means that you are modifying the truth so you can either keep your ego or for any there unimportant reason. An example of this would be if a someone doesn't have any money and goes on a date. Instead of saying they are broke you would say you forgot your wallet. What if you drop your wallet and she sees it, you ruin everything after that. Just tell the truth.

Step 6
Keep the secrets of your friends. No one will trust another if you are telling all the secrets of your friend.
