How to make easy, delicious Peanut Butter Chip Fudge. This fudge will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth and is a great unique dessert for holidays or for anytime!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (6 oz) peanut butter chips
  • 9-inch square pan
  • Waxed paper
  • Heavy saucepan
  1. Step 1

Recommended Tip: Line your pan with the waxed paper to make removal of fudge much easier.

  2. Step 2

Melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the heavy saucepan over LOW heat. Make sure to stir frequently to prevent scorching. This will only take a few minutes to completely melt.

  3. Step 3

Remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter chips; stir just enough to distribute peanut butter chips throughout mixture. Try not to stir too much because they will melt. The chips need to remain whole. Spread evenly into your pan.

  4. Step 4

Chill for 2 hours or until firm. When completely firm, turn pan upside down (preferably on a cutting board) and peel off waxed paper if you used it. Cut fudge into desired sized squares.
