Step 1
Exfoliating your Body:
Shower first as you normally would, using your regular body wash or soap to clean off. -
Step 2
Pour a small amount of Epsom salt into your hand and gently massage it over your wet body or rub using a gentle circular motion. -You can also pour the Epsom salt onto a rag for exfoliating if you prefer to not use your hand.
For extra soft skin, add some baby oil to the Epsom salt crystals before exfoliating. -
Step 3
Add more Epsom salt as needed until your are done exfoliating your entire body.

Rinse off completely. - You can use a damp or wet, cold rag over porous or acne prone areas of skin to ensure the pores do not remain open.

Exfoliating Face Scrub:
Add 1/2 to 1/3 Teaspoon of Epsom salt to your regular facial cream cleanser. -
Step 6
Use your finger tips to gently massage the Epsom salt mixture over the surface of your face, avoiding the eye area.

Step 7
Hold your face over the sink, cupping your hands together to create a bowl, fill them with cool water and splash your face to remove the exfoliating cream and pat dry using a clean rag or paper towel.
