This home remedy is great for preventing athlete's foot and other foot fungus. Athlete's foot can come from sweating in thick socks on a humid day while playing sports or you can get it at the gym from a dirty shower and other people who have it. Foot fungus isn't any fun so I suggest trying this home remedy to help prevent the development of athlete's foot.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • giant bowl or pan
  • hot water
  • fresh garlic cloves
  1. Step 1

Place some hot water in a bowl or pan large enough to place both of your feet in comfortably. Make the water hot but not so hot that you burn yourself.

  2. Step 2

Crush a few whole cloves of garlic, like 3-5

  3. Step 3

Put your crushed garlic in the hot water.

  4. Step 4

Put your feet in the garlic water and let them soak for ten minutes.

  5. Step 5

This garlic foot bath will help prevent fungus growth on your feet, such as athlete's foot.

  6. Step 6

Don't wash your feet for a couple hours after. But you may want to since your feet may smell like garlic bread a little.
