You can whiten your teeth naturally without bleach or harsh chemicals.

You can find natural ways to whiten your teeth or prevent them from becoming discolored in the first place. Proper diet and dental care can keep your teeth looking their best.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

THINGS TO AVOID - Stop drinking coffee and tea. Coffee and tea and products made with coffee and tea naturally stain your teeth. If you avoid this foods, you can stop most of the discoloration that happens each month.

  2. Step 2

BAKING SODA - Brush your teeth with baking soda and water. Baking soda is not harsh. It is a gentle cleaning agent. You can keep your teeth white by brushing them with baking soda every day.

  3. Step 3

REGULAR VISITS - See a dentist on a regular basis. Once every six months is normally sufficient. If you have teeth that tend to build up plaque quickly, you may want to increase your visits to once every four months. Have your teeth professionally cleaned.

  4. Step 4

BRUSH AND FLOSS - Brush your teeth at least twice per day and floss once a day. This will keep plaque from building up on your teeth and keep your teeth looking whiter. Everything that stays on your teeth has the potential to discolor them. Keep your teeth free from debris to keep them white naturally.
