Things You'll Need:
- A mat
- Water
- A blow-up ball
- A hula-hoop

Step 1
Lay out your mat and put your ball and water somewhere close.

Before you do any exercises, you must first stretch. To do this, jump up and down and shake your muscles out.

Lie on your side on the floor. Put your ball in between you knees and ankles and try to pull your hips to your chest. At first do about 10 of these, and as you get better add more on.

After doing that exercise, take a minute breaks and drink some water if you need it.

Next, you will want to lay on your back with one foot straight out on the floor, and your other foot bent up on the floor. Pull yourself up as if you were doing sit-ups. As you go up, push your bent leg out straight, but don't let it touch the floor. Do 10 of these on each leg, and as you get better add more.

Step 6
Take a minuet break again, and drink a little bit of water.

Step 7
This is exercise is pretty easy. All you need is a hula-hoop. Put the hula-hoop around your waist and just start hula-hooping. Do this for 2 minutes at a time. Do a total of 10 minutes.

Step 8
Shake out your muscles and drink all the water you need. Relax, and enjoy your smaller hips.
