Things You'll Need:
- One Large Brown Onion
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cotton Ball
- Cheesecloth or muslin
-
Step 1
Juice your onion. This is most easily done by grating the onion and placing it into a piece of muslin or cheesecloth. You can then squeeze all the juice from the bulk of the onion through the cheesecloth. If you have a number of places you want to do you may want to juice two onions.
-
Step 2
Measure your onion juice yield, then measure out an equal amount of apple cider vinegar. Give it a mix, to make sure both liquids are properly incorporated.
-
Step 3
Soak the cotton ball with the onion juice and apple cider vinegar mix and apply to the affected area at least twice a day. You should start to see improvements in a couple of weeks.

on 8/4/2009 This is interesting...I don't have stretch marks but I do have a couple little scars. I'm going to look into if this method helps fade surface scar tissue a bit. Thanks!
