Things You'll Need:
- Dark bottles
- Olive oil
- Bees Wax
- Evening primrose oil, witch hazel
- Aloe Vera
- Comfrey
- Calendula
- Comfrey leaf
- St. john's wort
- essential oil (optional)
- Cheese cloth
- Cooking Pot

Step 1
Evening Primrose OilPlace 1 part Calendula, 1 part comfrey leaf, and 1 part St. John's wort in a large pot, slow cooker or crock pot. Cover herbs with oil to be covered by inch of oil. Heat until oil shimmers.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour mixture through cheese cloth and discard solids. -
Step 2
ChamomileAdd 2 -4 parts beeswax or cocoa butter and heat to melt.
Test a little with a spoon to see if it is thick enough.
It should be thick enough to stand the spoon up.
Mix in essential oils.
Store in tins or jars. -
Step 3
Witch HazelTo cure Inflammation and itching use Evening primrose oil, licorice, or chamomile.

Step 4
Aloe PlantTo cure Hemorrhoids add Witch Hazel or Horse Chestnut to your mixture.

Step 5
To help with scrapes and burns add Aloe Vera or Calendula to your salve mix.

Step 6
To relieve stings or bites add Comfrey or Calendula to the mix.

Step 7
To help with acne add Calendula or Witch Hazel to your salve.
