Go the your local grocery store website. There usually is an area on the site to print coupons online. They oftentimes print manufacturer coupons as well as in-store coupons. For example, you can print a coupon on Safeway's website and use it at Walmart instead as long as it says "MANUFACTURER COUPON." The other thing that's very nice is that you're 100% sure that the coupons are not fraudulent as long as they're not photocopied after printing.

Go to manufacturer websites to print coupons online from them as well. Sometimes you can print them, other times they will send coupons to you in the mail.

Avoid fraudulent print coupons online websites. You will end up wasting a lot of time at cashiers if you try to pass a fake coupon. Use only reputable coupons from manufacturer or grocery store websites only. There are reputable coupon distributor sites such as couponsinc.com, ecentives.com, and coolsavings.com. Many others are fake.
Coupons for grocery store items cannot be emailed. An emailed coupon is a fake coupon when it comes to grocery items.
Legitimate grocery item coupons won't show up on your computer screen - they go directly to the printer.
Legitimate grocery item coupons cannot be saved to a file for later alteration.

Avoid stores that don't take internet coupons, because you will be throwing a lot of money away unless they have very deep discounts (eg. Costco and Sam's Club don't take coupons because they sell bulk items). There are plenty of stores that do, so check your grocery store's policy.

5
Avoid photocopying coupons that you've received from print coupons online websites. Coupon fraud is illegal which includes photocopying. Legal coupons that are photocopied have unique identifiers that identify you, so that they can't be used twice.
