Step 1
you have future options for your life.Identify and know exactly what it is, that you are wanting to become or succeed at.
If you want to become a musician, doctor, dancer, nurse, entrepreneur, make sure that it something you want to do and not what anyone else wants you to do. -
Step 2
Research and study your occupation.
Find out information on the occupation(s) you desire to do. Find out everything you can about your profession through: the internet, books, and also online virtual videos. You can also watch television programming that has to only do with your future occupation. -
Step 3
Set goals and take action.
Set short term and long term goals to use as a guide, to gear you toward your future occupation. Set at least five measurable and attainable goals everyday. Get out and do something everyday, that will contribute to moving your closer to your occupation. -
Step 4
Get into the right atmosphere
If you want to learn more about your occupation, find opportunities to such as: internship, volunteer opportunities, or similar jobs that will help you get prepared for what you will be doing in the near future. -
Step 5
Stay around positive people.
Get around people who want to help, support, and motivate you.
