Buy all you need for the week, This menu is an example for lunch, you can adjust it, Monday: Pomodoro Pasta, Tuesday: Steak, Wednesday: Chicken soup, Thursday: Caesar Salad, Friday: Hamburger. Notice that I have all ingredients identified at first, by organizing your menu, that will help you to buy the groceries you need.

Step 3
Prepare a Tomato paste or very thick sauce in advance, you can do it by either buying a ready to eat sauce, or just peel 10 tomatoes and put them in a blender, then cook them for few minutes with some oregano and basil, then let it cool off and freeze, you can use this sauce for anything that needs tomato sauce, in this case for your pomodoro pasta, also you can do in advance some chicken stock by putting a whole chicken in a big pan with water covering, add one big carrot peeled, basil, one peeled onion, garlic, some celery and cook for one hour, then you have the chicken stock for any soup and the chicken to use for any dish you desire like the Caesar salad, you can either cut the chicken in different sizes, or shred some and put it in plastic containers for different purposes.

Once you have the menu and some of the above, then cook the pasta with salt and some olive oil, when is cool off add more olive oil so won't stick, then put it in a container with a label on it, then in another container add some sauce, you either add some cooked ham or sausages or anything you like, get the steak grilled with some salt and pepper then do the same, you can either cook some potatoes or do some green salad do the same with the labels, By Wednesday you have the chicken stock, add some potatoes and some greens then cook few minutes, add some noodles, there you go do the same, and so on until you finish the whole menu, try simple foods, simple and easy to cook.
