Things You'll Need:
- BMX bike
- Helmet
-
Step 1
Ride your bike and gather speed. You don't want to go too fast, as you may topple when you shift into the trick, but you should have enough speed to continue moving forward on the bike, after your feet have left the pedals.
-
Step 2
Place one foot on one of the front pegs of the bike. This is the set-up for a Hang Five, which will bring you into the Hang Ten.
-
Step 3
Pull the bike frame up, until a balance point is established. The back wheel should be higher than the front wheel, similar to an Endo.
-
Step 4
Swing your other foot forward, resting it on the other front peg. Both feet should now be on the front pegs. Shift your balance point, if necessary.
-
Step 5
Ride in this position for a bit. You are now doing a Hang Ten. Let the back wheel fall, and swing your feet back to their original position to come out of the trick.
