Making a will sample can be for your lawyers to review as an example of your actual will. This article goes over the information needed in a will. The actual will is done by a lawyer and is signed by you and three witnesses.

      Put your personal information below your name under the heading of "Personal Information." You will need to include your marital history, date of the marriage and full name of your spouse.

      List under the heading of "beneficiaries" the names of the people you desire to leave your wealth with. You need to clarify the amount or percentage of your wealth that each person will receive, unless it is all going to one person.
