Step 1
Become a member of the Club Pogo website by filling out the registration form, linked on the home page. Only paid members are permitted to chat and make emoticons on the site.

Go to the Badge Addicts website (a link is provided in the Resources section) to find a listing of the codes used to make Club Pogo emoticons. Different codes are assigned to each emoticon available on Club Pogo.

Go to the chat area in one of the Club Pogo games. The right screen will have a list of members in the room. At the bottom of the page, you will see a blank bar that you can use to type the code for the emoticon you want to use.

Alternatively, you can choose one of the pre-selected emoticons on Club Pogo. Click on the happy face symbol next to the blank bar in the chat section, then click on the emoticon of your choice.

Hit the "Enter" key. Within the chat screen, the emoticon will appear next to your name and anything else you may have typed into the box.
