    Things You'll Need

    • Arrowhead
    • Suede cording (1/8-inch wide)
    • Scissors
    • Pony beads (any color)
    • Turquoise beads
    1. Make an Arrowhead Necklace

      • 1

        Cut a 30-inch length of suede cording.

      • 2

        Position the arrowhead at the center point of the suede cording and begin wrapping the cording around the notches in the arrowhead.

        Cross the suede cording and tie the cording in a tight double knot at the back of the arrowhead.

        Bring both ends of the suede cording up and push them through the same pony bead. Slide the pony bead down to rest right on top of the arrowhead.

        Place three pony beads on each side of the suede cording. Tie a simple knot after the third pony bead on each end of the suede cording. Tie the ends of the suede cording together to finish the necklace.

      Make a Turquoise Necklace

        Cut a 30-inch length of suede cording.

        Position a large focal turquoise bead at the center point of the suede cording and tie an overhand knot on each side of the bead to hold it in place in the center of the cording.

        Add a complementary bead on each side of the focal bead and tie another overhand knot on the other side of each additional bead.

        Tie the ends of the suede cording together to finish the necklace.
