How to Create a Bulletin Board Style Layout
One cool way to display information is to use a bulletin board layout. This style looks just like the kind you would see hanging in an office but is a single two-dimensional picture you assemble in a graphics program like Photoshop. This article will show you how to make one.

1
Open Photoshop. The new document sizing box will pop up.
-
2
Determine the size you want the "bulletin board" to be. If it's to be printed, you should set the document size to match the print size you want, and the resolution to 150, but if it will be posted on a website, set the size (in pixels) that you want it to fill on the screen, and set the resolution to 72.

3
Go to the bottom of the Tools panel and change the "Foreground" color to a light brown. Then select the "Fill" tool, and fill the canvas with the foreground color.
-
4
Go to Filters, select Noise, and click on "Add Noise." Make the Settings 25, Gaussian, and Monochromatic. This will create a corkboard effect on the background.
-
5
Go to the bottom of the Layers panel, and click on the "New Layer" icon. This will create a new layer above the background layer.
-
6
Open any images you want to add to the bulletin board. "Copy" and "Paste" them onto the new layer on the bulletin board. Resize them to fit like photos hanging on the board. You can also use the "Rectangular Shape" tool to add "notes" to the board. Finally, use the "Text" tool to add text on each of the images and notes.
