How do I cancel my Runescape subscription?

1. Go to http://www.runescape.com/account_management.ws and click on "Cancel Subscription." The next page will give you the option of canceling a particular account or of canceling all accounts linked to a specific credit card. Click on whichever link you prefer and follow the online instructions. You can also log in to your account from the Runescape homepage (http://www.runescape.com) and click on the "Unsubscribe" link.

2. Send an email to the Runescape billing department at [e-mail] if you are unable to log in to your account online.

3. To cancel your subscription through your payment method: If you use a credit card, Paypal or another payment method for which you have an accessible account, you can cancel your Runescape subscription by informing the payment method to refuse all charges. You'll want to keep a close eye on the account, however, to be sure that the request is applied properly to your account.

• If you are paying monthly via an automatic credit card payment, Runescape will automatically cancel your subscription if you go more than 30 days without logging in to your account.
