How to Cancel an MSN Subscription

Is it time to move on from your MSN subscription account? Here's how.

Instructions

1. Go to support.msn.com to find out how to send a message to the billing department. Or log into your account and follow the instructions on how to close your account.

2. Call customer service at 1-800-386-5550. Have your member ID, billing address and form of payment handy for account verification purposes.

3. Be sure to keep your confirmation number, and check after five business days to ensure the account was properly closed.

Tips & Warnings

• Telephone cancellations are often faster and more efficient than online cancellations, which require additional verifications.

• If you have an e-mail address linked to your subscription, you will lose that address upon cancellation. Be sure to save any important e-mails before you cancel your account.
