How to Charge a Feber Battery

If your child has a Feber ride on vehicle, it will operate on either a 6 volt or 12 volt battery. Generally, two passenger cars will have a 12 volt battery and single person cars will have a 6 volt battery. Your child will be able to ride his car for 2 to 3 hours on a single charge, but it can take 10 - 15 hours to charge it. All Feber ride on vehicles come packaged with a battery charger. Here is how to use it.

Things You'll Need:

• Feber ride on vehicle
• 6 or 12 volt battery charger which came with the car
• 6 or 12 volt battery in the ride on car

1. Open the battery compartment on your child's vehicle. Depending upon which model you have, this could be a panel on the bottom, under the seat, or in the back, or it could be under the hood of the car.

2. Clip the plastic lead from the battery charger onto the plastic lead attached to the battery.

3. Plug the battery charger into an electrical outlet.

4. Let the battery charge in the car (or you can remove the battery if desired) for 12 - 15 hours.

5. Unplug the charger from the outlet, and disconnect the plastic lead from the charger to the battery. Your child will be able to run the car for 2 to 3 hours off of a full charge.
