How to Make a Projector Screen on a Wall
In recent years, there has been a big boom in the interest in home theaters. A cheaper alternative than buying a big-screen TV is to use a projector. But, of course, if you have a projector, you are going to need a screen. Making your own screen is fairly simple and a lot cheaper than purchasing one. With a few supplies you can find at a home improvement store, you can make screen to hang on your wall.

2
Cut the blackout cloth to be the same size as the particle board, with about 4 inches extra on each side.

3
Cover the particle board with the blackout cloth. Stretch the cloth tightly over the board, and fold the extra cloth over to the back side of the board.

4
Using the staple gun, staple the cloth on the back of the particle board. Make sure to keep the cloth pulled tight to avoid wrinkles.

Use the nail gun to mount the screen on your wall. Put a nail in each corner, as well as in the top and bottom. If it seems unstable, add nails to the sides.

Tips & Warnings
If you are having trouble keeping the cloth tight when you staple it, staple one side first, then stretch the cloth and staple the opposite side. Do the same with the top and bottom. You do not have to use particle board. Any thin, lightweight board will work.
Always use caution when working with staple and nail guns.
