How to Use a Memory Stick in an Eclipse CD 8445

A 2000s development in car audio and CD players, the Eclipse 8445 allows you to plug in a memory stick and play songs from your computer. These memory sticks allow you to play large numbers of songs on your CD player, and in a variety of formats.

Instructions

    • 1

Connect your memory stick into your computer through a USB port.

    • 2

Drag and drop songs from your computer's "Music" folder onto your memory stick for use on your Eclipse 8445. The songs can be MP3 or WMA format.

    • 3

Enter your memory stick into the memory stick slot on your Eclipse and turn on the player.

    • 4

Scroll through your Eclipse using the "Tuner" button until you get to the memory stick. The memory stick will be on the same tuner as a CD player would be, after AM, FM1 and FM2.

    • 5

Press "Play" and scroll through the songs using the up and down scrolling buttons to search through your memory card and listen to any song on the card.
