1. 
    
   Bath

   Bathe and dry your dog. Make sure that his fur and skin are clean and free of dirt. You'll achieve a better result from K9 Advantix and the medication will work into the dog's skin.

2. 
    
   Sit

   Sit your dog comfortably on a flat surface. Affix a leash to your dog to keep him contained. This will make the medication easier to apply.

3. 
    
   Part Hair

   Part a section of hair on the dog's back (near the dog's shoulder blades) to reveal the skin. Release one drop onto the dog's skin.

4. Repeat three more times along the back for a dog that is 20 lbs. or more.
