Make a Quick Shrimp Stir Fry
Make a Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

Do you like spicy? Do you like easy and fast cooking? This is the BEST shrimp stir fry recipe!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Frozen deveined uncooked shrimp
  • Stubs Pork Marinade
  • Olive Oil
  • Minuet Rice
  • snap Peas or any other vegetable
  1. Step 1

I usually make this at least once a week for my family. They all LOVE it. And it's so easy to make.....
The first thing you'll want to do is prepare your minuet rice. Just follow the directions for how ever many serving you need. This step takes about 2 minuets, and it will finish cooking while you are making your shrimp. I usually use brown rice...but white rice is great also.

  2. Step 2

Next, place your frozen shrimp in a strainer and place into a larger bowl of water. (To defrost). While they are defrosting, you can begin to peel the shells and tails off of all the shrimp. Once you are complete, rinse shrimp in strainer to remove any little peices of remaining shell.

  3. Step 3

Strain off all excess water. Add about a cup or so of your vegetable. Then add just enough "Stubs Pork Marinade" to coat all the shrimp and vegies nicely. You can add more or less depending on how spicy you like it.

  4. Step 4

Next, get your stir fry pan nice and hot and add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add your shrimp and snap peas and cook untill shrimp are pink, about 1-2 mins per side.

  5. Step 5

Remove from heat. Serve over bed of rice. Drissle remaining sauce from pan over each plate....and ENJOY!!!!!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can buy "Stubs Marinade" at Ingles Grocery Store.
