Things You'll Need:
- 5 Chicken Quarters
- 2 Spoons of Butter
- 1 Onion
- 4 Chicken Bouillon
- Water
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 Package Frozen Egg Noodles

Step 1
Boil WaterYou will need a large pan filled about half way full of water. Bring the water to a full boil.

Onion for Chicken Noodle SoupWhile bringing water to a boil dice the onion and add to water.

Chicken Quarters for Chicken Noodle SoupWash chicken pieces.

Step 4
Once water is to a full boil add Chicken Quarters, diced Onion, Butter, Chicken Bouillon, and seasonings.

Allow to boil until Chicken begins to separate from the bone.

Step 6
Using tongs remove the Chicken Quarters from the Boiling water.
BE CAREFUL CHICKEN WILL BE VERY HOT! -
Step 7
Carefully remove the skin from the chicken and remove the meat from the bones.
** This should be pretty easy to do using a couple of forks to pull the meat from the bones. -
Step 8
Return the meat to the boiling water.

Step 9
Continue to cook for 20 minutes to ensure the chicken is completely cooked.
** You can add more seasoning at this time if you prefer a stronger flavored soup. -
Step 10
Egg Noodles for Chicken Noodle SoupAdd your Frozen Egg Noodles.
** Follow cooking instructions on package for time usually 15-20 minutes or until they reach your desired tenderness.
