How to Make Cheap Chicken Noodle Soup

This Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe a recipe that the whole family will enjoy! It is the easiest Chicken Noodle Soup recipe I have been able to find. The ingredients are all very inexpensive and it makes a large pot of Chicken Noodle Soup. This Cheap Chicken Noodle Soup also taste great as a left over so there is no waste!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 Chicken Quarters
  • 2 Spoons of Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Chicken Bouillon
  • Water
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 Package Frozen Egg Noodles
  1. Step 1
    Boil Water
    Boil Water

    You will need a large pan filled about half way full of water. Bring the water to a full boil.

  2. Step 2

    While bringing water to a boil dice the onion and add to water.

  3. Step 3
    Chicken Quarters for Chicken Noodle Soup

    Wash chicken pieces.

  4. Step 4

    Once water is to a full boil add Chicken Quarters, diced Onion, Butter, Chicken Bouillon, and seasonings.

  5. Step 5

    Allow to boil until Chicken begins to separate from the bone.

  6. Step 6

    Using tongs remove the Chicken Quarters from the Boiling water.

    BE CAREFUL CHICKEN WILL BE VERY HOT!

  7. Step 7

    Carefully remove the skin from the chicken and remove the meat from the bones.

    ** This should be pretty easy to do using a couple of forks to pull the meat from the bones.

  8. Step 8

    Return the meat to the boiling water.

  9. Step 9

    Continue to cook for 20 minutes to ensure the chicken is completely cooked.

    ** You can add more seasoning at this time if you prefer a stronger flavored soup.

    Add your Frozen Egg Noodles.

    ** Follow cooking instructions on package for time usually 15-20 minutes or until they reach your desired tenderness.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can substitute the Chicken Quarters with Chicken pieces to save time.
