Step 1
Wear cotton underwear because it will help you absorb moisture and because “cotton breathes,” it will allow air to circulate down there.
-
Step 2
Do not douche all the time, because doing this on a regular basis will only alter the pH balance of the vagina
-
Step 3
Do not use vaginal deodorants and sprays; yes, these products will make your womanly area smell nice but (there is always a but) they usually cause irritation.
-
Step 4
Always use un-scented tissue/toilet paper because perfumes can cause irritation and actually increase vaginal discharge
-
Step 5
See your physician if you notice that your vaginal discharge is becoming heavier than usual because this could be a sign of infection.
-
Step 6
Change your brand of oral contraceptives if you notice that your vaginal discharge has suddenly increased when you started taking them.
-
Step 7
Wash your vagina with anti-bacteria soap, doing this will keep your vagina clean and control discharge
-
Step 8
Do not wear underwear made of nylon fabric.
