Launched in 1990, Real Men Cook became the largest family celebration in the country. It is presented annually on Father's Day, and has been for 20 consecutive years. Celebrate Father's Day in the First District Plaza in Philadelphia.

Visit the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia for Father's Day
Dads and tots celebrate their very special day in the Please Touch Museum.
The museum has numerous activities planned for the month of June:
Daily from Noon and 2 PM, join them in the theater for sing-alongs, musical storytelling and family-friendly concerts.
In addition, be sure to check out the "Today's Fun" posters throughout the museum for daily Musical Playtimes featuring dress up, instruments and more in a small interactive group setting.
The museum also celebrates month of fun and fitness.
As part of this, there will be Open Art Play, Paint an Olympic Flag, Gyotaku (Japanese Fish Painting), Balance Blocks, Toddler Blocks, Hulla Hoops and Hopscotch every day! Please check the timings on the website.
In addition,Please Touch Playhouse premieres "Getting There"
- alight-hearted, prop, puppet and toy filled show about transportation.
The show runs about 20 minutes and is highly interactive -
Step 4
Spend the Father's day with Dad in the American Helicopter Museum, the nation's premier aviation museum exclusively dealing with helicopters. Spend the day with Dad browsing through the historic gallery and learning more about 'aviation through ages.'

Join other families from throughout Philadelphia for a day filled with food, games and fun! The Father's Day Rally Committee will host this picnic at Belmont Grove, Fairmont Park. For more information, please call 215-236-3372.

Participate in GEICO Gecko Days in Philadelphia Zoo, this Father's Day weekend.
The first 100 children to arrive Saturday, June 20 receive free general admission tickets in celebration of the debut of the new live gecko exhibit inside the Zoo's Rare Animal Conservation Center. -
