Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • Flour
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Milk
  1. Step 1

Add one to two cups of flour to a large zip lock bag. Salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Step 2

Mix eggs well. Dip the pork chops into the eggs and then put into the zip lock bag of flour. Shake well to coat entire pork chop.

  3. Step 3

Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add floured pork chops.
Fry 7 to 9 minutes on each side. Boneless chops will cook faster than bone in chops. Fry until the chops are well browned and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Now you are ready to make the gravy.

  4. Step 4

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour to the oil used to fry the pork chops. Brown flour and add 1 to 2 cups of milk depending on how thick you like your gravy. You can always add more milk but it is hard to add flour without it clumping. Stir continuously until it comes to a boil. If it too thick add a splash of milk until desired consistency.
