Artichoke dip is famous in many restaurants, but it is a super easy dip to make at home. With this delicious recipe, I will guarantee you will find yourself being complimented over and over again. All the cheese and just the right amount of spiciness makes this dip irresistible!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 small can of chopped jalapeno
  • 1 small can of green chiles
  • handful of shredded cheddar
  • handful of shredded parmesan
  • handful of shredded mozzarella
  1. Step 1

First preheat oven to 350 degrees, then strain artichoke hearts and place into baking dish, I use a glass casserole dish.

  2. Step 2

Spread the jalapenos and chiles into the artichokes.

  3. Step 3

Cover with all the shredded cheeses. I said handfuls because I don't measure I just smother :)

  4. Step 4

Chunk off pieces of cream cheese and poke into the mixture. Mix everything together and you might have to use your hands. This is where it gets a little messy, but it is well worth it just DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES, because of the JALAPENOS!! I only use about 1/2 of the cream cheese though not the whole package.

  5. Step 5

Okay now the mayo. I am not the biggest mayo fan, but oh my goodness this recipe has to have this. It does not taste the same without it!!
Spread the mayo all over the entire top with a spatula.(you can use miracle whip if you wanted, I have used 1/2 mayo, and 1/2 miracle whip because my husband doesn't like mayo at all, so I trick him he he!)

  6. Step 6

Finally, place into the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. When it comes out, stir it all up with a spoon, and if it is all melty, cheesy, it is done. If not, just cook a few more minutes.

  7. Step 7

Serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette bread. If you use baguette, you can toast it with a little olive oil in the oven, or just leave it plain. Eat and Enjoy!!!
