How to Make a Daisy Chain

Next time you find yourself in a field of daisies, with nothing in particular to do, make a daisy chain for your sweetheart.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Daisy flowers

1. 
   Cutting the slit

   Start by using your thumb nail to slit the first daisy stem a little before the end. If your nails are short, it's O.K. you can use something else like the pointed end of a stick that's been broken.

2. 
   Threading the second daisy

   Insert the stem of the next daisy through the slit you've just made.

3. Pull the daisy all the way through, so the head of the second flower is up against the slit in the first.

4. Continue until you have a daisy chain the length you'd like.

5. 

   Daisy chains can be worn. To make a necklace, crown, or bracelet, you'll need to tie the last daisy in the chain around the stem of the first daisy.
