Make Easy Peanut Butter Fudge with Marshmallows

This quick and easy peanut butter fudge made with marshmallows will be an instant hit with your family and your friends will be requesting it at every get-together. This recipe will fudge every time and it the easiest peanut butter fudge you will ever make.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • one small can of evaporated milk
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 6 ounces of peanut butter chips
  • one buttered 9 inch square pan
  1. Step 1

    Melt the one stick of butter in a pan on the stove over medium heat. Add 2 cups of sugar and the small can of evaporated milk, mix well, and bring the mixture to a boil stirring often to avoid burning.

  2. Step 2

    Add the 12 large marshmallows and stir continuously until they are melted.

  3. Step 3

    Remove the pan from the heat source and add the 6 ounces of peanut butter chips. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the easy peanut butter fudge with marshmallows into a buttered 9 inch square pan and let it cool completely.

  5. Step 5

    Once the peanut butter fudge is cooled, cut it into small squares, serve, and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can replace the peanut butter chips for chocolate if you want chocolate fudge or do a combination of peanut butter chips and chocolate chips to make chocolate peanut butter fudge.
  • You can replace the butter with margarine if you want.
  • stir the mixture often so that it does not burn on the bottom of the pan.
