Really Enjoy Your Class Reunion
Really Enjoy Your Class Reunion

Don't dread or avoid your approaching class reunion. There is no need to make excuses for not attending. I assure you that there are ways you can truly enjoy an evening with old classmates.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first thing you need to do is get out your old school album to take a good look at your classmates. Write down at least one good thing about each person that you associated with. This will provoke positive memories for you to entertain.

  2. Step 2

If you run across a picture of someone who the thought of them disturbs you in anyway make a note of it. Now think of how much you have changed through the years. Is there anything you did that you regret from that time? Chances are the person who bothers you has regrets of their own!

  3. Step 3

If you have a couple of months to prepare for this class reunion it is a good time to get in shape. We all need a good motivator and this is a really good one. Set a goal to lose that excess weight. This is the time to get those highlights in your hair. And save up for a new outfit to wear.

  4. Step 4

Get in touch with other classmates that you think might attend. There is safety and courage in going to a reunion with close friends. Have a pre-reunion party to get you in the mood.

  5. Step 5

This step is one of the most important for you to have an enjoyable experience at this reunion. Do not go with the expectation of a confrontation over an old issue. You are not the same person and neither is any of the people you will see there.

  6. Step 6

If there is tension between you and another attendee either avoid them or reach out to them. Someone has to take the first step for closure. Chances are they are waiting for the opportunity also. Give it to them. You get what you expect out of life. Expect to have the best class reunion experience you have ever had!
