  • Milk or Water
  • Cup

    Go to the store and buy a soy shake powder mix. I recommend Naturade Total Soy Meal Replacement. It has: 13 grams of soy proteing ((muscles)) low in fat ((15 grams per serving)) Yeah Baby 24 Vitamins and Minerals ((the healthy stuff)) and is high in Calcium ((Strong Bones)) And they have great flavors like Chocolate and Vanilla. Ohh and one more thing... it helps you lose weight and reduce cholesterol. Moving on...
