How to Restore "Groups" to a Facebook Profile

The social networking site Facebook, recently changed it's layout with great uproar in the Facebook community. I had some difficulty finding where the groups were list that I was a member of. They had been visible on my old profile under "Info." After the switch over to the new profile layout, I couldn't seem to find them anywhere on my new profile. There seemed to be very little information in the help menu. I wasn't even sure what groups I had joined at that point. With the help of a friend I did finally find how to restore them on my profile. I have listed the instructions below and I hope someone else will find them useful.

Things You'll Need:

• Internet connection
• Facebook account

1. 
    
   Login To Facebook

   You need to adjust the social networking software steetings. Login to your Facebook account.

   Select Applications

   From your home page or your profile, go to the bottom left-hand side of your screen and click on the blue "Applications" tab. Then click "edit" at the bottom of the pop-up menu.

   Edit Settings

   From the list of applications, select "Edit settings" for Groups. Click "(Add)" then click on "Okay."

4. 
    
   Groups Restored

   Now go to your Profile and select the "Info" tab. Your groups should be listed as before.
