How to make a Perfect Jose Cuervo Margarita

Making a margarita is so easy that anyone could do it, but not everyone knows how to make the perfect margarita. The first thing anyone should know about making margarita is you need top-quality tequila. On May 5, Cinco de Mayo, or any day of the year for that matter, find your closest friends and party in style with the perfect Jose Cuervo margarita.

Things You'll Need

• 1 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
• 3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
• 1 wedge lime
• 1 tsp. margarita salt

Instructions

1. Squeeze half of a lime into a plate or something flat that has a raised edge to prevent the lime juice from spilling. Pour the salt onto another plate.

2. Take a chilled margarita glass, and dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice.

3. Coat the rim of the margarita glass with salt by dipping it in the salt.

4. Add the Jose Cuervo Especial and Margarita mix to a drink shaker or a tall glass filled with ice, cover and shake vigorously

5. Pour the mixture into the salt-coated glass, and garnish with the lime wedge

• You can chill your margarita glass by putting it in the freezer, be sure there is no moisture on the glass.
