Step 1
Get the following amount of each ingredient ready:
1 cup almond milk
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup ice
4 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave nectar) -
Step 2
Throw all of the ingredients into a blender together. Blend well until smooth.

Step 3
Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately!

on 5/18/2009 This sounds delicious--thanks for the recipe! I've been wanting to try almond milk for awhile as I can't drink cow's milk, so it's great to hear that it's also easier on the system than soy.
